In 2025, we founded Everstead Homes with a clear mission: to elevate the standard of property care in Miami. Long before Everstead existed, we were quietly managing homes for friends and family—handling every detail as if the properties were our own. The trust we built and the impact we made revealed something abundantly clear: homeowners were craving a level of attention, honesty, and care that simply didn’t exist in the market. Everstead Homes was created to fill that gap, rooted in a simple truth—behind every great home is a team that truly cares.

Everstead is led by lifelong friends and Miami natives, Janine Schuster and Talia Svid—licensed attorneys and real estate professionals with fourteen years of combined real estate experience. Together, we bring a boutique philosophy to property management: quality over quantity, intention over volume, and care over convenience.
